Staff

The staff at Purple Valley is one thing our guests always compliment, the big smiles and caring manner go a long way to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

It is our policy to employ locally and work with the staff to train them and improve their skill set. We use standard European good employment practices such as providing sick pay and widows' pensions; these are not common in India. We have a health care plan for our workers and their families and free medical care.
