Morning Mysore Room : Every student will be taught on an individual basis in a group setting. This will be the space to develop and refine your practice as per your body's strength and suppleness. Emphasis will be given on alignments to maximize muscular movements to build up more strength and flexibility.
The afternoons workshops will focus on the 4 Pillars of back bending: * Isolation of the spine * Hip flexibility and mobility * Leg awareness and strength * Core and Back strength The time of classes will be adjusted to the students.
The day will start with chai prior practice. Breakfast will be served after morning class. Lunch will be served round 1 pm and dinner will be served post the afternoon class. The exact timings of the meals will be confirmed at the beginning of the retreat. All meals are vegetarian and freshly prepared in the Purple Valley kitchen
