Join David for two weeks of traditional practice and afternoon workshops.
All levels of students are welcome, including total beginners. Classes and workshops will be designed to help people new to Ashtanga, and also develop the more experienced students practices.
This is a retreat that is focused on you practicing and deepening your Sadhana, the moving meditation of Ashtang'a vinyasa system. Come prepared to work hard and experience purification and transformation.
Sunday to Thursday, mornings will begin at 6.30am with Mysore-style practice. Mysore is the traditional format for learning Ashtanga, and absolute beginners to more experienced students will be welcome in the class. On Friday mornings there will be a Led Primary class, set to the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count.
