The practice of yoga is an extraordinary and yet simple tool for life. A regular, focussed, breath and movement practice has the power to transform us, to increase our awareness of the self and everything that we are in relationship with, from those around us, to the earth that sustains us.

The practice of photography is a meditation. It uses the camera lens to focus consciousness and is brilliant and yet simple tool for learning how to really observe our surroundings, develop patience and the ability to be fully present in the moment.
